I stumbled on this skin care line at the Sedona Yoga Festival while sauntering through the halls in between yoga workshops. I just so happen to be suffering from skin problems, jawline acne, oily skin and not satisfied with any of the products I had been using.
The owner and scientist behind the formula was standing there in the hall with the biggest smile and asked if he could sample the cleanser and moisturizer on my hand. Instantly the redness in my hand faded and my skin looked smoother, moisturized and healthier. He gave me a festival discount I couldn’t refuse and I took the products home.
The products are made from completely 100% all natural ingredients from the earth. The products are colorful because they are in their natural form, and not bleached. They do not contain any harmful chemicals like benzoyl peroxide. Using all natural products was never a priority for me, but these products have swayed my stance.
Within a week my face was noticeably clearer and breakouts stopped. I would still have a tiny blemish here and there, but I noticed they were much smaller, and lasted only a day or two compared to the week I was used to. I also noticed the scars from cuts and acne were fading, and this was something I had been so self-conscious about before.
I was hooked! I have since replenished my stock, referred it to a friend who bought herself a set and was so moved by this line of products that I felt the need to share it with all of my reader.
What I like about it:
100% all natural ingredients
Reduces oily skin
Reduces scaring from acne and injuries
Evens skin tone
Does not sting eyes (other brands do, especially when it gets into my eye on accident)
What I don’t like as much:
It’s expensive. At $82 for the set it’s much higher than the drugs store brands you can get for $5 but it works a hundred times better than those products, so you get what you pay for.
It’s not sold in stores. I’m not a fan of online shopping, or waiting for product, when I’ve run out.
It doesn’t last long. The owner said it would last two months, and the moisturizer did. But the cleanser and acne cream only lasted one month.
The moisturizer doesn’t blend well. But all you need to do is let is air dry and absorb for 20 seconds and its fine.
It doesn’t suds up like other brands, this took some getting used to in how you apply it, but it works just as well as if it did.
I absolutely recommend this brand of products to everyone, and no I was not paid or encouraged to write this review in any way. This is honestly how I feel.
One last note about skin care: Always, always, always wash your face two times! Even if you do not wear makeup. The first wash removes dirt, oil, bacteria, makeup, etc. The second wash goes deep into the pores to clean out the gunk. Always wash twice!
