There's nothing like breaking the law on a sunny afternoon in San Diego that brings a smile to my face more. Innocent, law breaking of course. Adobe Falls is a majestic, grimy place. Graffiti covered rocks and a sewer filled waterfall, ahhh it's great.
The entrance is in a residetial neighborhood near SDSU. The "keep out" fence conveniently has a entrance you can walk right into, or you can play it up and slip through the opening in the fence. Not neccessary though.
It's a great place to be young, be around young peple and cool art and just escape from "real life" (what's that?) for a few hours.
The hike in can get a little smelly in some parts (it's near a sewer after all), and I would recommend closed toe shoes, not flip flops like I was wearing, but it's in no way a challening hike.
